mrgreenthumb Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=15+38+170&pcatid=170 they are one and the same, one is scientific and the other is their common name. Quote
CA2OR Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 ah....just someone had said, originally when asking about this fish, that it depends on whether it was a psuedochromis or a dottyback, if it would go good in my tank. Quote

CA2OR Posted February 2, 2009 Author Posted February 2, 2009 I like the fish thuogh, picked it up from Rose City as an FYI Quote
theJenchild Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 I have one of these guys! I named him Achmed and I really like him. Although he is a fairly shy fish, and easily startled, he is also absolutely beautiful and pretty active. My research indicated that I would need to be cautious should I consider adding other basslets or similarly shaped fish. Pretty fish! Congrats! Quote
CA2OR Posted February 4, 2009 Author Posted February 4, 2009 Thank you. Can't figure out name for him yet. I like the name for yours. Quote

I just wouldn't add any other basslet though or it would probably get ugly fast! Enjoy! Quote
