grassi
My tube bender is for 1/2inch tubes and It is not gonna be enought for 25lbs :-(((( Probably a 3/4 will do the job. I'm sure there is somebody in the forum with a 3/4 pipe bender.
jason7504
what if you bent 2- 1/2 in tubes for my light. would that hold it?
grassi
It is difficult to bend 2 in the exact same way with a manual bender, but we can try. The tubing it is only a few bucks. I still have to take a picture of the back.. Hope to have a few minutes this afternoon. Give me the dimensions of the fixture, including where are the holes or hanging system. Measure it from the center. Then measure how tall is the tank (end of glass) and the distance you want from the water. I like it with some wire between the tube and the fixture, so you can move it a little when you have to work inside the tank. In my 65 I have about 12inch, just a couple on the 10g.
