CA2OR
I just had my first trade\purchase of live stock from Dsoz and I have to say he (rock2). I highly recommend interaction with Dsoz. Top notch. Very helpful and informative. SUPPORT THE TANKS FOR TEACHERS!(clap). Just wanted to share my opinion. I will be posting images of new corals in the next couple days. I just wish I had more to give him.(scratch). When I saw the amount of growth he has in his tanks I was just (drooler). Can't wait to pick up some of that DIY rock.(naughty)

Jay
I was just at his house yesterday. Yep...he gave me 3 or 4 corals free while I was there. Purple and red cap and a really nice fuzzy mushroom that he saw I was eyeing. He is a generous man and I learned a lot from him while I was there. I agree...his do it yourself liverock was looking pretty awesome. Wich I could make some like that. Jay

vanz
Dennis is very generous no doubt. He helped me build a room in my garage. Actually he pretty much did it himself. I forgot to keep you updated, but I actually just did the finishings last month. Took me awhile lol. I still need to get that saw back to you. Try to make it to the meeting in February or March and I'll get it from you then. I will probably need it this summer... More drywall work is in my future. dsoz

dsoz
Uh oh....did someone get an idea from Calvin's house? (scratch) Did I hear in wall 400?(whistle) No... not an in-wall tank. :( I thought of that AFTER I already built those red walls in the basement. Although, that wall would be fairly easy to take out and replace... I need to finish the walls in the basement (only drywall on one side for most of them). I am also removing the lath-and-plaster walls from my son's room so I can add insulation and put drywall over it. I have been doing one room a year, and it is time to do his room. After that it will be a complete bathroom remodel (including insulating the wall and replacing the origional window). Then I will tackle the Kitchen remodel in 2-3 years (also insulating the exterior walls). In between all of this, will be framing and drywall of the outside walls of the basement... HomeDepot loves me when I walk in and head for the 2x4 stud area, and the drywall stack. dsoz

downhill_biker
Dennis is a great guy. A real Frogspawn "Nut". I bought several frags from him when I first started. Several of them are nice little colonies right now. Thanks Dennis. I really was glad to get the help with my "acid" questions...that is, muriatic acid, not the kind on little square pieces of paper...reefing is my drug of choice.
