This month's PNWMAS Meeting will be held at the home of Calvin (kilmca)

808 Polk Street

Oregon City, OR 97045

Date: Sunday, January 18, 2009

Time: 2:00 PM

Topic: Glass Drilling Workshop.

We have a drill, one diamond drill bit measuring 1.75", and one measuring 2.5". So far, and we have scrap glass to drill. If you have a spare cracked or leaker tank to drill, send me a PM. A 10 gallon is fine.

See you there!

Evites to be sent out soon!

Cool! Could you bring a couple of them to the meeting?

Nope, I was just teasing. (whistle)

Of course. Not sure what I have laying around. But will look and see what I can scare up.

I think a member or two has a "jig" for 10 gallon tanks. If so hopefully they will read this and bring it if they weren't planning on it already.

If you have a power drill, you just need a hole saw. Bring your bulkhead to home depot and ask someone to help you get the right sized hole saw. Then you can cut away. There's nothing too it.... Just be completely sure where you want to make your holes before you start.

Hey, I need a hole cut in a glass tank. It's a 48 corner so I could bring it for drilling/learning... 1.75" is what you need for a 1" bulkhead right? That way I can learn and save some money(clap):p(clap)

This will actually be the first meeting I can make since I am not working...

1.75" is the correct size hole you need drilled for 1" bulkhead.
