It's not directly damaged from the fire or anything it just had to come out so the hardwood floors could be replaced. The tank shows normal wear and tear and no expense was spared when it was originally set up (not by me). I'm not interested in setting this huge tank up again due to the size it requires in my living room and the monthly power bills. I'd like to drop to a decently sized cube ~70 gal+.
