To remove the anemone I just start tickling the base with a wood skewer like you make shiskabobs on the grill with. I sometimes just put 1 end under where its attatched and gently start lifting him off the rock. Patients is what it takes or you could damage the sucker. The anemone is sold to Nanoreefer.
