Good Experience with Hydor Customer Service

A couple of weeks ago, my back-up battery alarm went off at 4:30am.

After scrambling around half asleep to figure out what was tripping the GFCI, I tracked it down to a

Koralia 4.


Wrote to Frank at Hydor and he gave me the address to ship the malfunctioning pump to.

Today, the replacement arrived via Priority shipping and I'm all set again.


I'm very happy with the speedy and uncomplicated procedure!
