aqua-ed
I opened a similar post a while back, but want to try again to gain some new insights. I am at the wiring stage on my 55g and am looking at maybe the coral life timers. They have a day/night function built in, which would be much cooler than have several timers tempting the fire gods. However, I've read a couple poor reviews on them. Any body have any negative experiences? or good experiences?
markdadof2
I use this timer for my freshwater planted tank. I like it because when the lights and co2 turn on the air pump turns off. I have never had any issues with it at all. Good product in my eyes.

Guest LisaJill
I also use one on my tank, turns off the MH, and the LEDs go on. I love it.
snowpunk
Same here, halides/moonlight. Mine got wet a while back and since it is a manual one and not digital it is on its way out. I will be picking up a couple more later. Works great, May buy one for changing flow in the tank too...(plotting)
