I got it from someone at a meet at least four years ago for 15 bucks. I don't know what brand it is becuase that stuff has been marked over with a black pen for some reason. Might be good as a backup or a cheap startup. Oh, its just the ballast, too. No cords. I'd be willing to bring it to the BBQ and trade it for a frag or whatever.
