willbowen03 Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 I am trying to retrofit my 55 gallon flat back hex canopy with a combination of MH and either VHO's/T5's. If anyone has the setup to do this and they are looking to sell it let me know. The tank is 20" deep. I have no use fore it and was going to list it on ebay but if you are intersted I would sell it with 4 endcaps for $110. It will power up to 4 4ft bulbs or you can just run 2 bulbs if you like. reefhut Posted June 25, 2008 Share Posted June 25, 2008 If that deal dosent work out...I have a two of workhorse 7's, each ballast are set up to run two VHO bulbs. If you buy both you can run 4 bulbs total and the ballast's run very cool. Each system includes water proof end caps. LMK if your interested.
