Single Apex Outlet Won't Work (Apex Classic)

For some reason only outlet 5 isn't working, all other outlets function properly. I had this issue before but can't remember how to fix it, anyone out there have a solution?

Outside of sending it to Neptune Systems for repair, you could contact fixreef (fixreef.com) and have him fix it. He does all types of these fixes and puts them on his YouTube channel.  Good stuff.

Out of curiosity, is this an EB8? or an EB832?

Its EB8, I don't think it needs to be sent out for repair just yet.... I feel like a hard restart on the system will work (?) but can't find how to do it with the online controller.

If it's an EB8, it's likely fairly old. Those relays have a lifespan.  It's very possible it needs some maintenance.  Good luck though, I'm sure you could probably borrow an EB8 while you sent yours in for repair.

Thanks for the tip. I didn’t know sending these in was an option, def something to keep in mind..

I was able to fix it this time by resetting the memory and then going onto the apex fusion website and “re”linking the apex to my account. Just took a few days to find all the buttons lol
