Emerald525
Welcome ! Thanks for introducing yourself. Always a good idea to do careful planning. So many things I would have done differently when starting my first tank.

islandVib3s
Make sure when you get to plumbing that you have a siphon break because I'm sure that's alot of water in the long plumbing distance. Either a check valve(tend to always fail) or a small hole at the waterline. Or you may have a basement build afterwards lol.
Abarger16
Luckily im blessed with the basement being concrete floor and my sump is 3 feet away from the basement sump pump in case something goes south. But. Ive been on the fence about soft or hard plumbing because im going through a wall to avoid drilling in the floor.
