Allthingscoral
Is it normal to have phosphates in my ro water or any other elements.?
Parzifal
Yes if you only have reverse osmosis. do you have ro water or ro/di water? the di part of a unit adds cost but removed those ionized particles for as close to pure water we can economically afford. even rodi water isn’t truly pure. That stuff is expensive and generally only useful in lab environments…they call it 18 mohm because that’s pure waters electrical resistance. Gumby
If you have DI and notice it is burning up quick. You might need a new membrane.

obrien.david.j
Where are you located, and what's your local water source? Are you trying to clean agro water.
pdxmonkeyboy
I have well water which is high in phos and co2. I burn a LOT of resin. Invest in a three stage di unit. Anion, cation, then mixed bed. You can recharge the anion and cation resin and reuse it.
