Has an Eheim return pump, 2 of the upgraded media caddies, heater and screen lid. No stand. Located in N Portland. Might be open to a partial trade for a IM 10. Send me a PM if interested. We seriously looked, but too many ties down here and found a great place down near Mt Tabor.
