Paulkelly555
Recently, I have noticed my Red sea Reefer 750 XXL tank is filling up and water not going back down the downpipe. I set my return to the lowest setting. And also opened the valves full. Last night, the tank literally filled up and overflowed and flooded my house. I have now switched off all pumps - and place heaters directly in the main tank. I have tried a few times putting pump back on - and yet still same issue. Any ideas? Raptor72
Could something be blocking the downpipe? Take a look in the overflow.

IntoTheMystic
Missing anything in the tank? Puffer, large snail, slim fish like a yellow tang stuck sideways, etc.? Something is probably lodged in the outflow. Sorry to hear about the nasty surprise and the mess.

Might be an easy way to checkout the plumbing run on each return tube. just search: USB Endoscope, or iPhone Endoscope Thinking about it - I may proactively order on for me right now. That's how I discovered my missing pipefish stuck in the Red Sea overflow valve a couple years ago.
