titus'reef
Has anyone tried using Faptisia? I would think it can stop if from spreading for a while once you cover the area.

Willapa
I got rid of it a while back using kalk paste. I manually removed as much as I could (mine was the branching type) then covered the remaining tissue with the paste. There were a few isolated, but large patches. After several weeks, I broke up the kalk shell that had formed and sucked it up while doing a water change. The GSP never came back. I’d see a small one pop up here and there afterwards but those areas are easy to hit as needed. Eventually it was all gone. I used to like it until it started to take over 😆

I placed some epoxy over a part of it. bottom pic it’s far too left. I have much much more hiding. Hard to get pics.

Jack-the-reefer
I used green hydnophora to kill mushrooms once. That might work. Edited January 5, 2021 by Jack-the-reefer

Blue Z Reef
So...you know people buy corals so you don’t have to kill them 😂 Might be worth a free or cheap selling post on the grape monti at least lol Edited January 5, 2021 by Blue Z Reef
Manny Tavan
I know from personal experience that grape monti is unkillable...the whole rock goes in the garbage
Flash21
Yeah, I’ll do the community a favor and kill it. Or the post will be 40$ rock and free grapes attached to it.
