JManrow
I hate to break the news to everyone, but Bob Fenner has just passed away. From what I hear he died peacefully in his sleep. I just talked to him a couple of days ago and he was telling me that he planned on visiting Oregon soon. He was a good friend to many of us. 1
badguitarist
What a sad day for the aquarium world and beyond. I grew up reading everything he wrote, from articles in FAMA to WetWebMedia.com and his incredible bible “The Conscientious Aquarist”. Even had the pleasure of meeting him a time or two. We lost a great one, He Will be missed.

Emerald525
I never met him but online he has always come across as a kind caring patient pioneer of the saltwater world. I really wished I had seen his talk when he came to Oregon. I heard it was great .
xmas_one
I read the heck out of his articles back in the day on wetwebmedia. He was a great writer, reading his articles felt like BSing with an old buddy. I never met him, but I felt like I knew him. RIP Bob.
