Lazyreefer
Been seeing a ton of reviews saying the mounts are just super difficult to deal with for the hydras I use the gooseneck on all my ai primes and they have been fine other then some rusting on the part closest to the tank. So I’m curious as to what kind of mount people are using for their hydra 26hd’s or if I should just go with the gooseneck one. Thanks for any tips or information! CrabbyCrabs
I use the stock ai mount, it's ok. Would be nice if the stainless hardware were better quality, it does rust. They are better than the garbage mounts offered for the prime that have a narrow foot.

Sorry not sure what you mean by the stock one
RockChalk
I use the HMS MULTI LIGHT MOUNT KIT. It's not easy to work with and I don't like how it mounts to the tank, but it's cheaper than the individual mounts. https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/hms-multi-light-mount-kit-aqua-illumination.html
CrabbyCrabs
That's the one. Wish it would have been designed with a hinge to get out of the way while working in the tank.
Blue Z Reef
I use the HMS single light mount you pictured above. Works fine, is a little tricky to adjust at first but that’s a one time deal usually. My only beef with it is the front clamp arms are a tad long and sit in the water. Haven’t had any rust issues or anything, just wish they were like 1/3 shorter.
