rmhuntley
I'm looking for a 1 1/8" Diamond hole saw to drill 3 holes in a tank. does anyone have one that they would loan out/sell/rent? I can't find any place in the area that has any for sale.
ThePremiumAquarium
Check ebay. I purchased one a while back to do holes for 1" and 1.5" bulkheads and it works great. I think they were like $12-$15 shipped. Garrett

WAVES
Roy, I have a hole saws for 3/4", 1", 1.5" and 2" bulkheads. I dont think I have one for the 1/2" bulkheads though. There is actually a place much cheaper than Ebay, Im at home but I can provide the URL tomorrow when I go to Waves.
dsoz
I still have some hole saws that I am borrowing from another member (J&Jr). I used it to drill a 1 inch bulkhead, and 1.5 inch. If you send J&Jr a message, and he gives permission, you can use these. I am in Oregon City if you can pick them up, or bring your tank over and I'll help you drill the holes. It is really easy. dsoz

jayR
I got a 45mm one from the guy Lau on ebay it is for a 1" bulkhead if anyone needs it. Does anyone know how many holes these bits can make? I've drilled about 5 & was wondering if it will still go.
jayR
Bump for the URL link to the cheaper bulkheads. I may need one for 3/4" bulkheads.
luv951
I used one to do my first hole drilling a bit back. I wanted to make sure I had the technique down, so I sacrificed an old tank and started making holes. I think that by the time I go to about 8-10 holes, it was noticeably slower. I would say about 12 holes tops. Mine was a cheapy from lau on ebay too.
