grover2 Posted August 31, 2007 Share Posted August 31, 2007 Help!!! I have my tank apart and the rock with two anemones in a bucket of water from the tank. I need to remove one anemone. I have tried gently pulling it, prodding it, etc.. but it is holding on tight to it's groove in the rock. Is there a trick to removing anemones???? I get a sharp little stick even a toothpick (fingernail even) and just barely get a piece up then I use a super soft cooking spatula and slowly stroke them on there under side slowly lifting hthem a little at a time.
