Electrokate Posted July 5, 2015 Share Posted July 5, 2015 Am curious to know if anyone else is losing SPS... could be a coincidence but am wishing I had shut all the windows last night as the house filled with this awful fug of fireworks smoke, which contains copper, antimony, all kinds of fun particles, and that I had shut off the air intakes to the skimmers. Just curious if any others are seeing spikes in SPS mortality. I'd blame it on the weather but that tank is LED lit and has been 79-81 this whole time, however I have reduced lighting dramatically so the reduced photoperiod may be to blame as well. Thoughts?
