Customer Service is NOT dead!

Came home the other day to a dark tank. It seems the poser supply for my Reefstar LED fixture had failed. 

One phone call to Kenny at Reefstar and a new power supply was on the way. 

I got the New fixture two days later. Everything is great, the tank actually benefited from the two days of darkness. The cyano that had been creeping up disappeared.

Not only was Kenny responsive by sending the new power supply but I also received a follow up phone call to check on things.

Just when you think customer service is dead, something like this happens.
