SeanS
Alrighty zoa experts, help me put a name to these polyps: First up, purchased as Pink Zippers: Second, purchased as unknown. The brown areas in the picture are red in person. These guys are still recovering after being closed for 3 months Last up, we have a mystery snail hiding deep in a crevice. This guy looks to be around the size of a dime, and managed to go unnoticed in my tiny tank! What the heck is it, and is it friend or foe? Could the top one be AoG or Devil's Armor maybe? A lot of these palys (is it a paly or a zoa?) look awfully similar... As for the second one, it looks an awful lot like the RPE, except no green mouth. If we can't get a 100% id, do I get to give them a new name and charge $110 pp? Sasquatch
They can also be called Devils Armor.. But Armor of gods doesn't have green banks on the skirts and is brighter orange. They may just be a red maul, or KO nightmare.. The only reason I say People eater is the skirts look short and stubby like a people eater over long and pointy like a maul

softy
Sas is right.... top is a Devils Armor, the bottom is a bit harder to tell with that pic... it looks like it is in the Maul Family. GB sells a ton of variants of those guys. Both good looking zoas.
SeanS
Here is a better picture now that these have colored up and grown in. The polyps are very small, along the lines of Eagle Eyes size.

SeanS
Finally got an ID on the zoas, they are twizzlers! Which means the price I paid at C&C was criminally low, but I'm not complaining:)
