"The world's appetite for fish is now at an all time high according to the United Nations.

 

Figures from the U.N.'s Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) state fish is currently the most-traded food commodity, worth around $102 billion in 2008.

we could eat fish caught by our own family members in local freshwater... just an idea. MMMM WALLEYE. I can't eat tuna anymore, nor any of the other apex predators, nor those caught with methods I dislike (trawling the bottom, longlines) nor those whose capture also slaughters bycatch. Which really doesn't leave much to eat out of the ocean. I would love to get me some lionfish sushi though.
