Bicyclebill Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 My derasa is melting down! My crocea did the same thing Friday, but to the point I had to pull it out of the tank. The white hole is where the output tube is usually sticking out. It's not extending. It's been growing quite well for the last 4-5 months. Nothing different or off in the tank parameters; ca 450, kh 11, ph 8, phos 0, nitrates 20 or so. MVPaquatics Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 That is the out current siphon not intake Anything picking on them? maybe get some carbon in there...so many things can take them down, lack of nutrients, food, improper current or lighting, parasites.
