It depends on whether you bought your music online in iTunes and if it's DRM-free or not. Also' date=' what kind of phone you have.[/quote']

All music was purchased through i tunes & the phone is a Motorola (not any type of smart phone just a work issued phone)

well, most music from iTunes is copy protected unless it was an iTunes 'plus' track/album. The old trick used to be that you could burn the MP3's to a CD as an audio CD, not an MP3 disc. Then you could import the disc back into iTunes as MP3's and the copy protection would be gone. I haven't tried it in years... but you could give one album a try and see if it works.

As far as getting the music onto your phone, if your phone has a USB port, micro-usb or whatever, could could probably drag the music from your computer into a music directory that your phone can access. If your phone and computer both have bluetooth, that is an easy option too. Otherwise you will need to take the SD card out of the phone and put it into a card reader for your computer and transfer the music that way. Again, looking for a folder/directory named appropriately for music on the card. If all else fails, you can try googling how to put music on your model of phone... most likely if it can be done, someone else has already done it and is talking about it.

Hope that helps

if you are running a Mac do this: Finder > where you see places the little house on the left column (not sure how to call that, but your name should be there thought) > Music > Itunes > Itunes Media > Music/Downloads.

I have a Mac but not sure how to get the music out of a Windows. (I supposed you open the window, take the bug screen out, and here we go; by using a shovel :) )
