NoobtoSalt
So I picked this tank up yesterday (I think this will take the place of the biocube tank) and I'm trying to decide what type of lighting and how I want this plumbed. I'm not sure if it is tempered or not either as it was a terrarium for turtles. I'm going to take my time on it and if it doesn't pan out I will just sell the tank off but I think a summer project is always fun to do. I'm going to use a 10 gallon tank as a sump for it but other than that not sure what else to do.

NoobtoSalt
It's an adorable little tank Jesse! I'm thinking it's on the lines of a 20 gallon or so. I've always like the rimless tanks and figured this would be a cool little project to build the stand etc.

impur
Looks cool, kinda like the 12" cube i made. I'm going to make mine a FW planted tank though.
Ocean In a Box
not sure on the dimensions and glass thickness, but i would read up on it in case it can't handle the pressure of water filled to the top being it was designed as a terrarium. Looks almost like a marineland?
stylaster
if it holds water well it would make a great non-photosynthetic tank

Looks almost like a marineland?[/quote'] I agree, I'd be very cautious since most terrariums are not intended to hold water and generally use thinner glass and sealants that are not formulated to take the stress' of holding water. I'd hate to see that thing come open on you! 20 gallons may not seem like much till your trying to clean it up off your floor!
