AquaticEngineer
Doing a large rock wall background and need quite a few cans of black spray foam. I found it at sears for $5.99 per can and wanted to see if anyone had found it for less than that anywhere either online or locally.

reefnjunkie
6.00 is CHEAP-Ace hardware at 10.00 per can-I got a can that I was going to use and after "designing" a few rocks decided not to-If you are ever by 130th and SE Stark, you can have it (laugh) to much trouble for me to "build" rocks
AquaticEngineer
If I'm in the neighborhood I'll hit you up I'm using the foam background for a couple reasons. 1)To add additional insulation to my coldwater tank since I can foam inside for decoration and outside with the leftover. 2) I can use the foam background to hide the patched over holes in the tank that I wont be using. 3) I can hide all the overflows, returns, and closed loop. 4) It will allow me to get a more vertical aquascape in a 36" tank without having to pile rock. 5) It weighs a lot less. AquaticEngineer
Anyone know what the best price on egg crate is? Home Depot has then for $5.89 per sheet, TAP wanted $17.99 per sheet. Just using it as a base structure to zip tie to and create ledges.
