NoobtoSalt
I emailed him the other day about something and I got one reply and I have been waiting for a response for a couple of days now. Not a good way to start with customer service this early in the game. I don't know the guy like it looks like some of you do but no looking good to me. jgf86123
Give him a chance Jesse, trust me, I know this from experience, when you are trying to get a business going and get a shop opened up, you have less free time on your hands than you get sleep most days, it may take him a while, but he'll get back to you, no worries there. NoobtoSalt
Give him a chance Jesse' date=' trust me, I know this from experience, when you are trying to get a business going and get a shop opened up, you have less free time on your hands than you get sleep most days, it may take him a while, but he'll get back to you, no worries there.[/quote'] Just seems odd to respond once and then not at all after I've sent him a response. I've been in retail a long time a communication even if you don't have the answer is more important than not saying anything at all. I gave him a shot, didn't work out, no worries to me. There are plenty of shops in town for me to spend money at. I just figured I'd give the new guy a chance.
jackaninny
I agree with Noob. It is NOT hard to acknowledge a request if even to say 'busy and I'll get back to you soon'. He should also hire someone to proofread his CL posting . Too many shops with doors open and they answer their phones.
