Float valve help, please?

After yet another small flood after forgetting about the RO/DI filling up the ATO container, I'm ready to order a float valve.:eek:

 

Can someone please tell me if the models on this website are appropriate for aquarium use and which one of the valves there would be right one to connect RO tubing to?

I have no idea what a "1/2” MIPT or a 1/4” or 3/8” OD Jaco compression nut" is, or which diameter is the right one.(scratch)

Look on eBay, you can get the float valve, check valve, and shut off all in one kit.

Thanks, but the other stuff is already included in the RO unit, and I only need the valve.

go to www.top-off.com they have a nice float valve with a back up for over filling they are like 25 and with snail guard i would highly recommend this one.
