I just stopped feeding him except pellets and after a while he finally took them lol. Now he eats frozen brine and sinking pellets all day! I haven't seen them lay eggs but I have only had them for 2 weeks. They came with the tank purchase I recently made and I already had a red scooter. These are decent size.
