I guess this girl ran up to her and was stoked on getting the new Iphone and when to give it to her for a new skin on it, dropped the phone and it shaddered (sp?) all over the place. Guess that's what you get for buying an all glass phone! IMO not a good design. I got this info second hand so not sure how much of it was dramatized.
