reef165 Posted June 22, 2010 Share Posted June 22, 2010 If it broke at the glue joint you will need to use weldon 16, the weldon 4 works great on machined pieces but for this ap it wont fill in the the small nicks and such that the 16 will. newfisher Posted June 22, 2010 Share Posted June 22, 2010 Clay, head over to Multi Craft Plastics and ask Ron to show the "blem cast tubes" upstairs....if its less than 8" diameter they will have a piece when you walk in look to the right in the "tube rack". Algae Posted June 23, 2010 Share Posted June 23, 2010 If ya need a patch more than just a resealing of the bottom? Use a flat piece of acrylic, heat it up a bit with a torch or over your oven burner and bend it to size. Use the reactor tube as a male mold. Reheat and keep bending until correct shape.
