oldbrownies
okay so if FWE doesn't work, what else can i use or do with them... looking through all my other acros, even the one that i had seen the fW on, i don;t see anything like a bite on them
impur
Best bet to check is to blast em like fly guy suggested. If it were me, i would remove that frag, let it sit out of the tank for about 10min and dry off a little. After that i would inspect it with a magnifying glass for any spots that appear wet, these are AEFW. I'll track down some links for you to read and contimplate what you want to do. Ronjunior
Adam, they weren't anything like these were they? I'm not sure exactly what they are, but they get flat when stretched out and kind of tanish & pearlescent on the back when sitting still. The pictures on the top right are different, it almost seems to have a shell to it and it may be something different. (maybe a shelled worm)
DChemist
Ron, It's hard to tell from your photos- but I think those are Stomatella snails.
oldbrownies
ron... those are stomies, the same kind of snail I planned on giving ya... if you still want i have them But this little guy i saw was tiny like 1.5 mm long and no shell. oh to update the status of the coral, its very happy, untreated, and those light bumbs/marks are now new growth tips for sure... though I am still suspicious of the worm and of some of the marks, i'm a little more concerned with my reb bugs now... yay
R-3
I third that they are stomatellas. Pics are kinda hard to see but look exactly like one. Free snails!! Man those things breed like crazy. Later Ryan
