I need a favor...i need the wiring diagram for an icecap 430 ballast...

i want to add another bulb to my setup but i lost the wiring diagram and it only shows the 2 bulb setup on the ballast and i need the 3 bulb setup...i cant find it online either. maybe its the same for icecap 660...thanks for any help.
