powdertang05 Posted November 26, 2006 Share Posted November 26, 2006 does anyone know for a fact a phoenix bulb will work with a ice cap ballast these are hqi bulbs so ill be using a hqi fixture but i was hearing that they burn up way to fast but i wanted to know if anyone knows anything else.
