Quigley
I just noticed these in my tank today. They are making my zoas close up. I found one in my sump as well. Any one know what these are and how to get rid of them? They don't look like pictures I have seen of Mojano or aiptasia.

Hoss
Those are commonly called ball anemones, but are actually corallimorphs and are closely related to mushrooms. I've found several over the years and they've never bothered anything in my tank. They usually stay tucked away underneath rocks during the day and only come out at night. I imagine that any treatment that would kill aptasia would kill these as well.

They have clear tenticals and white balls on the tips.(scratch) Anyway kills those things dead.

Quigley
Thanks Thank you for helping to identify these. It sounds like they shouldn't harm anything so I will just leave them be and enjoy seeing them in the tank.
