Told me they got it and told me what was wrong and the repair price. Had to wait until next day to call them back. (we work the same hours DOH! ) Ordered a new harness and paid for it! I got it all back from them in 9 working days from the time I shipped it out! Five days after payment. kilmca Posted November 13, 2009 Share Posted November 13, 2009 i have a single 400w and 5 250w MH ballasts and have never had a problem with them. I've had an IC 660 in the past and also never had a problem with that so in my experience their products are reliable. i like how cool the MH ballasts run too.
