Bitricker
Hey all I picked up some updated lights yesterday and all of the sudden my yellow tang(nutty) is chasing my clowns around. He doesn't seem to have a problem with the fire fish but he hides a lot. I went from a pair of VHO T12's to 4 65w PC's. What can I do to improve this behavior, the clowns are my girlfriends favorites and I am rather partial to the tang. both setups are 50/50 daylight & actinic blue, but I'd guess there is about twice as much light now. Will this pass?
Bitricker
bump... everyone is acting kinda skittish, what should I do?
Rick
Try turning the lights out for awhile and then start with short periods of time with them on and work your way up to the normal lighting period.

Rick
If that doesn't work rearrange the reef to see if that will help. Basically treat it as though your adding a new fish to the tank.
Bitricker
well the tang was still being mean with lights off so I just went ahead and rearranged. Everyone seems to be happy now that the lights are back on and there is some exploring to do. Thanks for the help!
