downhill_biker
I was looking at his website and wondered if anyone knew him or if he was on the forums here. If I come back to Oregon any time soon I would die to see his tank.

downhill_biker
My bad on the mispell of his name. I didn't realize he left. The tank setup was so intense I dont see how he could just leave it...all that equipment, wow. Well maybe he kept it all for a rainy day. steveweast
Three years ago, I broke down my tank to accept a contract that required my being out of town for long periods......I also wanted a break from the hobby. These days, I just run a modest coldwater tank.....but, I will return to warm water keeping when the economy stabilizes (my income is in the real estate biz). Krux
I fear for the power grid when real estate makes a rebound. I have a much better camera for the build this time around
Michael7979
I CANNOT wait to see what Steve does this time around!!! You know it's going to be nice and done right. Looking forward to seeing it in person hopefully!!
downhill_biker
Thanks Steve for coming on here and commenting. The dimensions of your tank were amazing. I just cant get over it, probably the best tank I have ever seen, including aquariums. I recently bought a 4'x3'x27" tank in order to achieve a more realistic aquascape. I cant even believe how amazing that tank looked and how it seemed endless. Some day I would love to do something similar, but probably will never be able to afford it, so I am not even going to dream about it. I will just enjoy the tank I have, for now...
