  1. Interesting read. Mediterranean marine worm has developed eyes “as big as millstones" – University of Copenhagen (ku.dk)
  2. You probably don't want to order but this place has several sponges and NPS sea fan colors. Macro Algae: Your Source For Quality Marine Plants and Macroalgae | Gulf Coast Ecosystems (live-plants.com)
  3. You can get the standards to test the accuracy of the checker. As long as you keep them stored in their protective light proof box and don't scratch them up they should be good for quite a while.
  4. Pretty sure the picture explains exactly what it is.
  5. Box of dry rock rubble with a few good size pieces. Box-O-Stuff with pumps, power heads, UV sterilizer, and little reactor. 20L sump with small ATO reservoir on the end. Pick up in Salem. Mark 971-6oo-8197
  6. After further review of the space constraints of my tank stand I am going to pass. Sorry I jumped the gun.
  7. Watch out for the hose clamps. I have used several of the SS hose clamps in non-saltwater applications and the nut/tensioners have all rusted when the band and housing have not.
  8. Ditch the clamp and screws and use the nylon plastic ratchet clamps.
  9. Found this on a quick Amazon search. I'm sure there are others as well. Dixon TCF72 Nylon Tuff-Lite Fitting, Short Shank Coupling, 3/4" GHT Female x 1/4" Hose ID Barbed: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific I'd use the nylon hose clamps like this Double Gripping Nylon Hose Clamps, Snap Grip Nylon Plastic Hose Clamps (31.5-34mm (1.25inch), 12pack) - Amazon.com
  10. Still have these guys. Make me an offer.
