  1. Hey guys, haven't posted a tank thread before but figured I'd put this one up. Anyway, I just moved to a bigger place that would allow me to have a larger tank so I just got everything moved over last week. The tank before this was a standard 29 that I just basically moved everything right over to the new one. Equipment: - 20ish gallon DIY acrylic sump - simplicity dc320 skimmer - simplicity dc1600 return - 2x jebao rw-8 wavemakers - lighting is a DIY led fixture that I middle the new orphec v4 after but added a couple color spectrums too. - diy ITC-1000 temp. Controller - diy ATO -probably missing something... Livestock: Zoas: king midas, salted agave, CARs, blueberry fields, utter chaos, radioactive dragon eyes, sakura sunrise, bam bams, rastas, scrambled eggs, BBBs, everlasting gobstoppers, pink diamonds, Darth mauls, hallucinations, rainbow incinerators, space queens, twizzlers, granny apple Smith's, leprechauns, GB yellow hornets, and many more unnamed... Sps: $500 efflo, green slimer, Oregon tort, BigR WD, ora red planet, Garf bonsai, tricolor undata, orange setosa, ORA Red Planet, many more.. Fish: 2x standard clowns, purple tang, Potters Angelfish, green clown goby Various cleanup crews Anyway, lots more, just got tired of listing haha
  2. Rectangular with lights. Upgrading from a Biocube 29. Looking to get an aquarium with a nicer display. I’m in Portland.
  3. I have a Reef Octopus LX 1000s to give away. It needs a new pump as old one is dead and gone . I think it’s all here. I’m located in Brush Prairie Washington. Free
  4. $500 for 20 Gallon Long aquarium with 10 gallon sump. Current Marine Orbit Pro LED 18-24 inch light with remote. Current USA eflux wave complete pump kit. Heater. 30-40lbs of live rock, 10lbs Black Sand. Livestock: Duncan, Utter Chaos, Orange Hammer, Alveopora, Ricordea Yuma, Purple Mushroom, Purple and Red Monicap, Kenyan Tree, Rock Flower Anemone (3), Green Birds-nest, Blasto, Micromusa, Green Favites, Acan, Yellow Goby, Sexy Shrimp (2), Pom Pom Crab, Pandoras Zoa, Meteor Shower Cyphastrea, Pink Sponge, and full clean up crew.
  5. I'm looking for a cube aquarium that's around 60 gallons. I'd be just looking for the tank, not the stand, unless it could fit a 4 foot sump. Let me know what you Got! Thanks for looking!!!
  6. Coming soon to Albany Oregon.... another Pico reef jar. This one's pretty small at about .87 gallons total without any substrate or rock! Gunna try a new idea of having the top seal tight at the top so I can put a pump somewhere else in a sump of sorts and have it push water through the system, instead of an overflow. Lighting will be from a diy light that I built which consists of 8 spectrums including 415n, 430n, 440n, 470n, 500n, 650n, 5k white, and 20k white. The livestock for this one will be high end "designer" zoas and palythoa and maybe a really nice sps centerpiece. The for sure livestock so far will be: - hallucination paly - utter chaos paly - rainbow incinerator zoa - Darth maul zoa - pink diamond zoa - and more.. I'll be up for suggestions if anyone has a nice zoa or paly to add.
  7. I'm looking for a 40 gallon breeder to use as a sump in my new build, preferably in the Albany or Salem area. Doesn't have to be pretty, just water tight. Or if anyone has a sump that's around that gallon range, shoot me a message! Thanks for reading.
  8. I will take you up on that strawberry shortcake if you still have it. The green slimer forest you sold me is doing great :)

  11. So I've never bought lighting before, I've always just made it myself but I'd like to try something different. Id like to stay with all led, maybe with some added t5 if someone convinces me lol. I wouldn't need a ton of features, just timing and adjustment of color and intensity. Also more budget friendly but not cheap, if that makes sense at all. I would be having both sps and clams at the bottom of the tank as well. The tanks dimensions are 6'x24.5"x24. Any input would be super helpful plus if anyone has any lighting for sale, I'd be interested in that as Well. Thanks!

  20. Hello Everybody! I just went to the last meeting, but just in case I didn't get to meet you I just wanted to properly introduce myself! So I am currently a student at OSU, and I found out that both my tutor Miles Taylor, and I are both into the aquarium hobby. So he told me about PNWMAS, and that there was a meeting coming up, so I was more than happy to come. It was great to meet a lot of you. So I do have a few tanks here in my dorm and back home. Right now I have a 14 gallon nano cube, a 5 gallon goldfish tank, and a 3 gallon mangrove tank. But back home in California I have a 120 gallon fish only saltwater system, a 28 gallon nano cube, a 55 gallon freshwater, and a pond. If you want to see the stuff I've kept over the years I have a youtube channel and instagram with the same user name, "aquariumaster" . I'll also attach some videos and pictures here. But ya, I'm just really happy to be a part of this and I look forward to going to the upcoming meetings! Here is my 120 gallon: and heres my old bamboo shark ( she now actually lives at SeaWorld San Diego!):
  21. Hey gang, I have moved to CA and I am back in town (Vancouver WA) today. I MUST get rid of my 4 foot x 21 x 17 tall acrylic aquarium (TODAY). I have a few thing to go with it like a protein skimmer, etc. I don't have time to list everything. Pleas call before you head out to check it out. I wouldn't want it gone before you got here. The acrylic is 5/8 thick (bullet proof...lol) even the bottom is same thickness. It is VERY heavy and you must load it your self. It is connected to a sold 4x4 wood stand that was sealed and it great shape. Picture was when tank was new 2 years ago
  22. 90 Gallon custom made Envision Acrylics cube tank. For those that don't know, Envision makes about the best acrylic tanks money can buy. Mine has a black back and bottom (I went barebottom), and a full-width overflow set up for a bean-animal style overflow with dual returns. I am including a custom built stand, all furniture grade maple, stained black. Have a matching canopy as well. All bulkheads, valves and unions needed for the overflow are included as well, with enough extra plumbing that you can just connect it and go. Everything is in very good condition. I took care to never scratch the tank and you will find that its almost entirely scratch free. Pretty much like new condition. Asking $700 for the full setup. The tank alone cost more than that and the stand/canopy was about $400.
  23. I have a larger live rock, about 9-10 inches with lots of green button polyps growing on it I'd like to trade for something else. I'm having trouble posting pictures but I can email or text them 971-470-4424 located in forest grove
  24. Looking for a stand for a 40 gal breeder that looks like this so it will match my 180 gal. Must be black let me know what you have and your price please. My other option is to build one but I don't wanna put all the time into it if I can buy one for a little cheaper. http://www.fishtankstands.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/31LZ7zOAToL.jpg
  25. Dual 400 Watt Metal Halide Ballast w/cords Pictures: http://portland.craigslist.org/clc/pet/5456836299.html Ballast is in good used condition with a few paint chips/scratches. It does power on. Makes a slight humming/buzzing sound when on. I believe this is normal for most MH Ballasts. It has a date of Nov. 05 on back label. I assume this is the manufacture date. I bought this new but can't recall the date of purchase. It has been kept in dry storage for several years. Ballast was used in aquarium application. The cords are in ok shape - could use a little cleaning on the prong plugs. There is two (2) 400 watt XM bulbs. Not sure the age of the bulbs. Even though the bulbs light up, they probably should be replaced to get true spectrum and intensity. Manufacture: Sunlight Supply Inc. Vancouver, WA USA BW 2 Dual MH-400 Plus Start 120V 8A 800Watt 60Hz This ballast operates 2 metal halide mogul base lamps (400watt type M 135) $45.00 OBO (cash only) Sold As Is. No returns or trades. Item Location: Welches, Oregon 97067 - No shipping! Serious inquiries only, please.
