Thank you! No supplements and as far for lighting it was a 4 bulb T5 fixture. I cant really remember the combination.

Hi there! My family and I moved to Washington 3 years ago. I've been out of the hobby for about 7 years and now that our kids are a older I'm looking to get back into it as a family. I picked up an used Innovative Marine Nuvo 40. I liked the compact foot print and I've also been a pretty low key reefer, so no ATO or such. Just consistent water changes. Anyways, I see a lot has changed in the last 7 years so I am looking forward to learn it all again. Specially it seems lighting has shifted from the good ol' t5s to LEDs? I'll have to look into that. Also if you have any recommendations for LFS' near my area I'd appreciate it. Thank you!
