I’d suggest just running the blues with the “good” driver. If it’s just for a frag tank, whatever, right?

You’re not gonna want to hear this, but fixing that light is not going to be worth the time/money. Maybe if you find another broken one and swap out the bad driver.

Are both channels out, or just the one?
 

There’s likely a meanwell that you could use. What fixture is this from and what do the inputs/outputs look like?

I have a couple 13up NB boards on a passive heatsink that I was using as a light bar on a 4x24 ATI years ago. I was running the whites off of a 350ma meanwell and the blues off of a 700ma. Easy way to run them without a controller.

I’d be happy to walk you through wiring them up if you decide to go that route.

I’ll have to dig in the garage a bit.

EDIT: I do have two of those same Galaxy ballasts, and two reflectors. The reflectors are not exactly the same, but are very similar in dimension/shape.

Not trying to hijack, I just noticed Zalick was posting looking for three.

Hoping this will evolve into a thread about how terrible Olive Garden is.
