    105g build

That angle you’re seeing is probably because the wall side of the tank stand is sitting on the tack strip for the rug. If you pull the tank off the wall 2-3” the slope will probably go away.

    Did I Make a Mistake?

Here’s some good advice for you young bucks: Happy wife, happy life. If things get sour, remember: Its cheaper to keep her.

Ron, how much do you want for the primes?

    Gluing ABS to PVC

I’ve used regular PVC solvent, no problems like Manny said. Oatey makes a transition solvent specifically for ABS to PVC if you’re worried about it. Not a pressure line, so it’s not critical that you have a crazy strong bond.

Super interested in the primes. Are they black or white?

40 gallon breeder build w/ sump

Sump looks good, you could probably tumble chaeto in that center section.

40 gallon breeder build w/ sump

40b has an awesome footprint for a display tank, I think you are going to like it.

    any electricians on here?

I wouldn’t leave it in romex, especially if you are going to drywall over it. Last thing you want is a mouse/rat nest in the wall and one of those little bastards starts chewing on it.

    WTB: utter chaos zoa

Wow, I remember these going for big bucks about 4 years ago.

    Need help picking a light

I love halides, but on a setup like that I’d seriously consider an 8 bulb ATI, especially since you’re going SPS dominant.

    ISO setup

I’ve seen the set up Exodus is talking about, it’s super clean, you won’t be disappointed.

    Looking for 20”x 20” sump/ refugium

Hit up SCAquariums. He would probably sell you a cube sump from one of their pnp systems for a reasonable price.

    Sps grow out contest?

I'm in if there's still room too.

    Skimmer advice

How big is it? My opinion on small skimmers on small tanks: Small skimmers do not skim very well. Usually you will be better off on small tanks just doing water changes, and/or running media to export nutrients.

    Bare bottom option

Put the mp40 on the bottom pointed up. I swear the flow in the tank is at least twice as good as when it was on the side panel. The tank is 32” wide, 24” front to back, and 20” deep.
