  3. I went a little overboard and bought a pallet of pellets. While I got a much better price on them my fiancé was not so thrilled about the pike being stacked in the house. $15 a 40lbs bag, if you buy 5 or more I'll drop the price to $10 a bag. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Those guys are awesome i have learned a ton from watching their videos. its the only online retailer that i use since i feel good supporting them for giving out free knowledge.
  5. if anyone is wanting to get any food i will need to know in the next two hours. Pork was on sale so the price of Pulled pork will be $10 a pound if you'd like to pick some up. it makes great sandwiches, either serve it cold or toss it in a pan and and bring it back up to temp on med.

  8. Where are you located? I'd like the sun coral Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I had a friend of mine make it up for me. It's nothing too pretty but it does the job very well. I can fit 12 ribs in there and a full pork butt. If you want one send me a text and I'll ask him if he can make a second and what price it will be. Don't mine the extra pork bits on it still I haven't cleaned it from my last smoke. Since its metal all I do to clean it is toss it in the gas grill at 500 degrees for 20 mins and burn it all off Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. If she has any questions along the way I have my fair share of experience with cooking those Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. What will Sirena be tossing on the new shinny traeger for its maiden voyage? Also pro DIY tip for your pellet burner. Head to Home Depot and grab 6 red bricks. Add them below the drop tray. This will give the smoker more mass which will help stabilize the temperature. Rock has less drastic swings than all that air. Also head to cash and carry and get the widest tin foil. I think it's 18in. Then cover your drip tray with it. This will help with cleanup. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I did t get to stay long since I had to get back to work but it was long enough to put a dent in my wallet. Thanks to everyone who helped put on this event it was awesome. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. This one? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Are you talking about the stock IM light that they have? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. After having three contractors quote me for the Windows, the cheapest I got was $6600. My fist quote on just the Windows alone was $2600. After materials and disposal that leaves at least $3K in labor costs. That seems ridiculous to me. Just solidified my choice to do this project my own. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Thanks for the offer I'm a bit away from this actual job when I get there I'm sure I might pick your brain. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I've been watching a bunch of videos on it. Seems pretty straight forward to cut away a bit of the siding then add in some cedar trim and seal it all up. I'm in Vancouver Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. The back of my house has what looks like a preformed press board siding. Do I just cut through the siding to expose the nailing flange and then put up new trim work after the window is replaced or do I have to find the nail points and remove/reuse the siding. The front of the house is vinyl siding and I'm pretty good at taking that stuff thanks to my pressure washer exhaust burning a hole in it lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. What would that consists of would it just be a few new 2x4 of framing or could it be replacing the entire side of the house? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. We have a great starter home and it's our first one. While I'm not a novice in doing home renovations I still have lots to learn. We currently have aluminum Windows and are looking to replace them out with new HE triple pane Windows. I've heard mixed reviews on doing this job on your own. I'm thinking that I might give it a shot. Have any of you replaced a house window? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Wow 280 gallons!!! That one way to dive head first into a new addition, I mean hobby. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I have a small emerald crab about the size of a quarter. He picked the same spot as my anemone and continues to make it mad. Must be able to pick him up soon or he goes to the LFS. Im located in Vancouver. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Nice work so far I haven't seen anyone remove the rim but it looks awesome. Two days ago is was a sad smelly tank in my garage. Now it's starting to shape up to being a cool little build Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
