  1. Hardware: Tank: Waterbox 20 Cube. In OK condition, crack in lower right front corner that I've repaired. It's been holding water fine over hardwood floors for nearly 4 years. Repaired with windshield repair kit and silicone. Heater: Titanium 150watt w/inkbird heater controller ATO: Tunze Osmolator 3152 Pump: Sicce 1.0 Wavemaker: Cheap amazon DC wavemaker with controller. Surprisingly reliable and works great. Light: RedSea ReefLED 50 w/gooseneck mount ATO bucket with float valve Filter socks Thanks, Micah
  2. This is a full setup with inhabitants. The only rule to the cheap price is that you take the inhabitants, bubble algae and all. Hardware: Tank: Waterbox 15 Peninsula Pump: Sicce 1.0 Heater: Titanium 150watt (I think) and an inkbird heater controller Top: Red Sea custom screened top Light: Red Sea ReefLED 50 w/gooseneck mount ATO: Tunze Osmolator Nano 3152 Inhabitants: More than a couple bubble tip anemones. A couple roses, a couple rainbows. Green Star Polyps Clove Polyps Fire Shrimp Large Lightning Maroon Clown Sinularia 2 small pincushion urchins A few snails that seem to be doing a decent job. Bubble Algae (Feels weird to list... but there it is) Reason for selling: I'm tired of wrestling with my well water. It seemed like it was decent enough for this purpose, but it ends up burning through my RODI media once every couple months and it's getting expensive. I can't keep doing this hobby as long as I have this well. It would be good to hop on this deal quickly as I'm nearly out of water and don't want to buy new RODI cartridges yet again. Hit me up, I'm flexible. --Micah
  3. Click the link up above. It'll take you to the skimmer for sale post.
  4. Well, I'm getting out of the hobby for a bit - again. I'm sure I'll return, but for now - the tank must go! This is a full Waterbox 180.5 setup as you'd get it from Waterbox - with a couple significant upgrades. Stand: The waterbox white stand in decent condition. There are a couple chips in the white finish, but overall looks great even up close. Top: A custom fit red sea screen top, so you can have wrasses and gobies without worrying about carpet surfers. Sump: All baffles/dividers have been removed. The sump setup that waterbox provides works OK in the short term, but for anybody with a thirst for decent right-sized equipment, you'll want the sump space. It previously fit a full red sea filter roller, giant skimmer as well as a couple reactors, two return pumps and dual heaters with ease. Plumbing: These tanks (red sea or waterbox) come with very odd sized plumbing. Waterbox for instance comes with standard sized fittings with metric pipe sizes. I have replaced all metric plumbing with standard sizes (in good looking grey BRS PVC). I also replaced their low quality gate valve with a much higher quality one that allows far better precision when tuning the overflow. The return plumbing has also been replaced. Check valve has been replaced (so it's not all gummed up) and the locline returns are true loc-line brand. Not that cheap imposter stuff. If you want to add attachments, just do it - it'll fit. Neptune Systems Apex (2018 edition, any probes I have for it and an EB832) Inkbird Heater controller + BRS Titanium 600w element. The aquarium itself is in good condition. There are a couple scratches here and there, but when clean and full of water they are hard to see unless you're looking for them. Including these items as well.... Yes.... 1400 gets you everything.... You're a moron to skip over this. And yeah, I get it... calling the person who may buy something of yours a moron, probably not a great sales tactic... But I am who I am.
  5. This is still available. I'm willing to bend a little on price - hit me up!
  6. I think I have an extra PM1. Maybe even a pH probe in "unknown" condition. Shoot me a PM
  7. What kind of quarantine is this? Is this medicated quarantine, or just isolation quarantine ? If it's medicated quarantine, I always usually put the fish in unmedicated isolation to make sure that they're eating correctly first. If they're not, I get that problem fixed first. Sometimes even dosing prorazi first before the other medications. If it's just an isolation quarantine, and the fish aren't eating, that may be a bigger issue. Make sure the water quality is absolutely perfect and feed high quality foods like LRS soaked in selcon. Always buy fish that are eating at the pet store.
  8. Don't chase pH. If things look ok and healthy, leave it alone. It's one of those things where if you have to ask, you should leave it alone.
  9. Yeah, pretty sure I covered that....
  10. It fluctuates based on the amount of co2 in the room, how much oxygen your corals/algaes are producing, how much air exchange you have, what types of buffers you're dosing, etc. I've had my pH fall dramatically when I had a house party because of all of the people in the house. The best method I've seen so far to keep pH stable is to pull air into your skimmer from an outside source. Pro-tip, make sure it's somewhere that won't get pesticides or chemicals pulled in....
  11. Gyre 45 is a large gyre....
