  2. nice i use the same lighting on a couple of my tanks and am satisfied with the results..T5 High Output and they dont radiate to much heat in comparison to other ballasts..

  16. awsome thank you for that tid bit of info...i was worried that the zoas wouldnt take to the surface but now i will be glueing some frags...much apreciated...the acrylic are cheap...
  17. i was about to frag some of my zoanthids and all i have available as far as frag plugs are acrylic...i sanded the surface to make it abrasive as this has worked to adhere previous hard corals...i was wondering if the zoanthids would have trouble attaching and encrusting the acrylic versus the aragonite plugs...should i wait and order differnt plugs....

  19. cool cool wow...thank you for the welcome so far....this already seems like a friendly comunity...and i do have questions so i will post those in a differnt thread...just getting into SPS...and am facing some of those chalenges...you know how it goes...all in good time..
  20. hello ..i am just another reefer doing the salt creep thing...as stated in the title i am from oregon , corvallis to be exact..i am more geared twords inverts but am still learning so who knows...i have wasted much time at other forums but i think this will soon change...i am glad to find a site dedicated to the salt water keepers in the northwest...i am sure i will be frequenting this site rather often...well see yah all around...
