I have a 55 gallon. Drilled in the back. Used as a sump for a while then to store rock. 30$ 29 long with an overflow built by wannareef. 30$ Tub full of rock mostly dry. A few pieces came out of the tank a couple weeks ago. Some big pieces mostly medium. Probably 50 lbs or more. Take the tub for 50$. Also have a couple 10 gallons laying around. Also have some halide lights. And other crap. Make me an offer.

I really dont want to part this out. I really dont even want to tear it down but after our major flood in october and moving my tank twice, entire house gutted and remodeled, i got woke up to another flood in the same bathroom. Not near as bad, but bad enough that they want to tear apart my living room, again. which means moving my tank twice again. I have had the worst year i tell you what. So just to be clear if someone would like to buy everything out right im up to sell it. As of right now i do not want to part it out. I have had a few folks ask me about nems. Once i get the flood thing figured out on what they plan on doing I will let you know on the nems. I still have lots and am more that willing to part with some.

This is up for sale again, I would prefer to sell it all. It looks like I will need to move my tank again and I really dont want to. 1000 obo, nothing has changed as listed above, just more nems and more coraline. I works nights so if I dont pm you right back I will as soon as possible.

I have had my hippo for over 10 years and she still likes to pick things up and move them. Back when I had SPS she moved frags, crabs, whatever she thought she needed to relocate.

Third option to look into. I recently had a pretty serious flood in my house and my tank had to be moved twice while my house was remodeled. Insurance paid for it to be moved. I found a local company Classic Aquariums Inc. they did an outstanding job. I dont know what they charge to move from one house to another but it maybe something to look into. I think most would rather do it themselves and if you have the time I would as well, but we were in a time crunch to start the remodel so I went with this option and was very pleased. Steve and his sons were very professional and did a great job. Not a plug for them or anything, I just had no idea this was even an option until I looked into it.

Well it pains me after all these years but I need to get out of the hobby for a while. After tearing down the 180 and setting up the 120 we had a flood in our house(not tank related). Needless to say my entire house is being remodeled. I have had to have the tank moved once already and will have to move it again before they are done. I have been maintaining my tank daily during the remodel but with all o have going on I just don’t have the time or will to keep at it. The tank is a 4x2x2, 120 gallons. Very nice tank,no scratches. Custom sump by Wannareef. 2 arctic t24/7’s ASM skimmer Stand is very well built and solid. To much to list really. The RBTA farm, probably 30-40 nems. Lot of you have bought them from me over the years. One very healthy hippo tang, tomini tang, mated pair of egg laying occeralis( sorry spelling sucks), pair of skunk clowns. All my fish I have had for years, all healthy and well. Lots of rock and power heads. I have a 55 gallon in the garage that is full of lots of rock and some more nems along with a couple damsels and a mocha clown fish. The tank is dirty and neglected with all the crap I have been dealing with. I really don’t want to part out, I’m looking for someone that’s wants the entire set up. I don’t have the space or time to tear it down and part out. You get an instant money maker with the nems. So serious people only. 1000 bucks firm on the 120 and all its set up. Would be willing to deal on the garage tank and all the miscellaneous stuff I have in the garage. Between work and contractors my plate is pretty full so I will get back to you as soon as I can. Again I do not want to part it out so please don’t ask.

thanks for the ideas folks. not sure i have the room to roll it, but it gives me some ideas to work with. Luckily i went bare bottom so not much to stir up. lifting it may be an issue but since they have to replace the floor in the entire room im not to worried about messing it up. Anyone ever feel like as soon as they get ahead, somethings got to just kick you in the sack?

Well par for the course for me, i get one thing going and something goes to hell the next day. I finally have my 120 up and running, everything is going well and I wake up to a flood in my upstairs bathroom this morning. Long story short, kids bathroom toilet overflows and keeps running all night, floods the bathroom, hallway, both my kids rooms, leaks through the ceiling downstairs to our just remodeled kitchen, into the family room. Pretty much all the sheetrock has to be replaced in half the downstairs, floors, its a mess. Luckily the fish tank didnt get exposed to any of it, but now i have to find a way to move it to the other room. 120 gallon tank, 40ish gallon sump, monster stand. Can it be moved as is? im guessing not. Any ideas? I really hate the idea of having to tear another tank down especially when I just got this tank established, fish and nems are happy and doing well.

I finally got my 120 set up and the 180 emptied. its still dirty needs a very good vinegar soak. The tank is still in the house on the stand(they are painting my house this week and dont want to move it outside). The tank is in very good condition, seals all look good. Has dual corner overflows. I bought this tank new in '09 i think. It has been up and running since. Wife just wants it out of the middle of my house. The stand is custom built and really big with multiple doors. The canopy was attached to the ceiling so i had to take it apart but i have all the parts. This tank is a beast 6'x2'x2'. Like i said it still needs to be cleaned. Looking to get $400 for all of it, $300 for the tank if you dont want the stand. If you want to clean it ill knock $50 bucks off. Let me know if your interested. I work nights so im off to bed, leave me a message and ill get back to you when i get up.

Well I have most everything moved over. Either in the display or the 55 i set up in the garage. Fish seem to being doing well. I even found a peppermint shrimp, crazy. My sump brought to you by Wannareef, thank you Charles. My 55 makeshift frag tank, mostly just to hold all the junk i didnt want in my display. And my old tank, dirty as hell after pulling the last bit of rock out. Btw, if anyone needs any leather frags, kenya tree(i tossed a bunch of it) let me know. Now i have to figure out my lighting and how im gonna hang them. I dont like the mounts on the artics, so I am gonna hang them some how. I like not having a hood so some thought needs to go into it. Im kinda in the same boat, im thinking about making a hood and if i do i make my current light work into the hood. but i am kinda liking the open tank look. Let me know a time frame-ish.

I swiped the phosban reactor, and an overflow. Lots of stuff there. Wish I new they took a card. Probably a good thing. Some gal was vying up al the UV steralizers. Good deals though.

Well it’s up and running. Got the Nem tower moved over and my first set of clowns. Nems are a little pissed off right now but quickly bubbling up. Clowns are not sure what to think, they have been in the same tank for close to nine years. Try to get the rest of my fish and a few more odds and ends over soon. Then I have to figure out what to do with all my left over nems and softies that I don’t want to transfer over. Going bare bottom for now, not sure how I feel about it.

Wondering if anyone had one laying around they were selling. One of mine was made before they put the mounting brackets on them and I would like to not have to hang one of them on the new set up.

So I'm close to transferring my tanks, and I for sure don't want to put all my nems in the new tank. I still have tons, not to mention all the leathers and stuff. I have rocks with numerous nems, or individuals. 20-30 bucks a piece depending on the size( I have lots). make me an offer on the bigger rocks. my tank is a mess and my main pump crapped out on me so I'm in a bit of a rush. I work nights so if I don't get back to you right away its cause I'm sleeping :).

So I had my hand forced. Pump died on my 180. Water is in the 120, skimmer is in. Have a slight ammonia spike, not sure why. I tore my sump out of the 180 today since it’s not doing anything. Found this in the muck. Looks to be a Phillips drill bit. Been there a while. Could be some of my issues. Now I need to figure out how to get all my nems and crap over. My tank is so nasty that I’m weary of transferring things. Any ideas?

The halide or t-5? Honestly I don’t know. The halides are coralifes and the t5’s were out of and old light that i had.

I am trying to get stuff out of my garage. I have some T-5 ballasts, reflectors(36 inch), a six foot coralife 3 bulb metal halide light with 3 250 watt ballast. The ballast work but don’t put out good enough light for corals. With some new bulbs would be good for a fowlr tank. Paid a crap ton for these but you can’t seem to sell these anymore. Free if someone wants them.
