Hello everyone, while sitting here watching TV next to my tank, several APEX controlled items shutoff. After a moment, or so, they all started again. I have an APEX 2016 head unit and two 832's. It's as though the head unit rebooted, but only some of the controlled items turned off/on. For example, the lights shut down, but my return pump kept going. It appears that equipment on both 832's were impacted. After staring back up, everything seems to be running fine. The indicator lights on the 832's remained orange the entire time. Any ideas? Is there a log somewhere that I can review?

I use an amcrest ipm-hx1b to do something similar. Don't think this camera is available anymore though. YouTube has a streaming feature that you can use with most cameras that have RTSP. Reaching back into the archives (older posts) today thanks to the help of @SuncrestReef! Last night the pH in my calcium reactor increased when the CO2 tank emptied. I had set an alarm on the APEX pH probe to alarm when outside a range, but DID NOT receive an alarm. I verified I had the alarm set on the probe, the alarm icon was checked on the inputs screen and notifications was turned on. NO alarms! Remembering that I had this problem in the past I pulled up this old thread. This time I actually followed John's advice and disabled the alarm on the probe and created a new programming alert on the EmailAlm output. I immediately received an alert/alarm without even a reboot! Not sure what the core problem is, but I switched all alarm/alerts to the EmailAlm output as mentioned. Shawn
